Job description:
- Estimating;
- Analysis and summary of project documentation;
- Search for the most cost-effective technical solutions;
- Analysis, checking and calculation of bills of quantities in project documentation;
- Preparation of tender documentation;
- Understanding, research and analysis of price levels in the construction market;
- Liaising with Clients, design, construction and other relevant teams;
- Interviewing subcontractors and material suppliers, analysing bids, communicating and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements for the employee:
- University degree in civil engineering;
- At least 5 years of similar work experience;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Good analytical and negotiation skills;
- Ability to read drawings in the full scope of a project, experience in analysing technical documentation;
- Quick to change, technical and analytical thinking, diligence, responsibility;
- Excellent skills in estimating software Astera, Sistela;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD or other specialised applications).
Salary:
2000 - 2400 €/month (after taxes).
