A large warehouse building will be built on a 9.39 ha plot of land 17 km from Vilnius airport, in Veisiejų street. It will be flanked by parking lots for guests and employees.
The site will be accessed by two entrances/exits from Veisiejų street, with heavy traffic circling the site, and light vehicles entering and exiting through the same entrance. An outdoor fitness area and outdoor play areas (volleyball and badminton) are planned in the eastern part of the site for the recreation and entertainment of the company's employees.
In order to avoid exceedances of noise levels, noise abatement measures are foreseen in the draft situation plan.
Rytinėje teritorijos dalyje suplanuotos darbuotojų poilsio erdvės – lauko treniruoklių zona, tinklinio ir badmintono aikštelės. Projekte numatytos triukšmo mažinimo priemonės, užtikrinančios komfortą ir darbuotojams, ir miesto bendruomenei.
